Terry Morganti-Fisher is a senior consultant for the Learning Forward. Terry leads districts and schools in becoming authentic professional learning organizations by strategically focusing their efforts that lead to results. She assists school-based teams to actualize their professional learning communities. She is highly skilled at program development, implementation, leadership development and facilitating virtual learning communities. She led the development of comprehensive professional development plans for major urban school districts & as facilitator for the Learning School Alliance. Terry has served as Director of Professional Development in the Austin (Texas) Independent School District where she successfully led the development of a Comprehensive Professional Development Program that included several national models. She is the coauthor of More Than A SMART Goal: Staying Focused on Student Learning. Terry is a former president of Learning Forward Texas.
