Cindy Harrison is an international education consultant in instructional coaching, leadership, organizational change, and professional learning. She consults with school districts, professional groups, and organizations throughout the world, providing training and on-site services in creating instructional coaching programs, teacher leader programs, and evaluation systems for teachers and principals. She has been a consultant and presenter for Learning Forward, ASCD, the Colorado Principals’ Center, and others. She was the director of staff development for a 32,000-student school district for 27 years, and has also been a middle school principal, central office director, and curriculum developer. She is the co-author of Coaching Matters and Taking the Lead: New Roles for Teachers and School-Based Coaches.
